At Hearth & Hearts 4 Pets we’re raising funds and promoting initiatives open the hearts and homes of the community and to bond with other like minded associations. We believe in taking action with urgency in order to raise public awareness about the satisfaction of adopting, fostering, and providing assistance for stray, abandoned and surrendered animals. Puppy Party Gras

Join us with your family, and don't forget your four legged family member, your dog! For our 1st Puppy Party Gras at Kiroli Park! We will be at the large group pavilion nearest to the Raising Canes Dog Park! We will have T-shirts and plate lunches available for purchase! We will have a costume contest for best dressed dog, best dressed dog and owner, and best float! Then we will strut our stuff in a parade around Kiroli Park! Bring the kids, bring your dog and come have some fun! *All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, must not be aggressive, and kept on a leash at all times unless in the dog park.*

Here at Hearth & Hearts 4 Pets, we are committed to a single goal; we strive to make the world a better place. Explore our website to learn more about all that we’re doing to make a change. We are a private, non-profit organization dedicated to finding volunteers to help animals in need of love, homes, fostering, while developing meaningful relationships with our fosters and the people who adopt the animals that have been strays, abandoned, surrendered or even abused.
Our Three Directors are Lacy Johnson the Founder and Head Director. She started out working at the age of 17 for the River Cities Humane Society for Cats in Monroe, LA and then went on to pursue different careers. Now at the age of 39 has decided to dedicate all of her free time to bringing this shelter to life.
Jessica Waggoner a long time friend and supporter for animal rights. A proud wife and mother of two wonderful children who has been a blessing from the day we met.
Holly Johnson a wonderful woman who came on to help this cause and made our first steps possible through her Business sponsorship by Protection 1 Security Services. Without her and their help we would have still been working very hard just to start.
All of our Directors are volunteers only and do not received any money that is raised for the shelter. All funds raised are for the needs of the shelter.
Please donate and contribute to help our shelter become a reality as right now we are in need of a place to call home too. Once we have our home then we will be able to help finding homes for the animals of our area.
